He Made the Chardonnays You Already Drink.

Winemaker Rob Lloyd has spent the past twenty-five years making wine for some of California’s most recognized names. Three of the best-selling Chardonnays in the country came from his hands. He started Lloyd to make the wine the way he wanted it made, without compromise. This Carneros Chardonnay is the one that carries his name.

2024 Carneros Chardonnay

Rich texture, bright acidity, and a finish that holds.

Aromas: Meyer lemon, vanilla bean, toasted oak

Palate: Full-bodied, with layered citrus, pear, and buttercream

Finish: Long, clean, fully integrated

The point: The weight and structure a red drinker recognizes, in a white. Built for the table, against the food and the company that usually calls for red.

Toasty and rich, with spiced pears and coconut cream pie. Golden apple and Meyer lemon are dotted with a gleam of white pepper, lengthening the finish with orange peel and buttered popcorn.
