Shipping Costs & Methods

Shipping rates and carrier options are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. To get an accurate estimate, simply add your wines to the cart and select your state from the dropdown menu. We primarily ship via UPS and FedEx, depending on location and seasonal availability.

Weather Holds

We want your wine to arrive in perfect condition. During extreme heat or cold, we may place a temporary weather hold on your shipment. If that happens, we’ll contact you with an update and estimated release date.

Temperature-Controlled Shipping

To protect wine during the warmer months, temperature-controlled shipping may be required. Orders ship from fulfillment centers in California and Ohio, depending on proximity and weather. Temperature-control options will appear at checkout when needed.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Timeline

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after processing.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
During peak times (e.g., holidays, promotions), slight delays may occur.
Standard ground shipping usually delivers within 3–10 business days, depending on your location. Carrier delays may extend this during high-volume periods.

Delivery Requirements

By law, all wine shipments must be signed for by an adult 21 years or older. Delivery companies cannot accept signed notes or leave packages unattended. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will make up to three delivery attempts.
For added convenience, consider shipping to a FedEx Hold location, where your wine will be securely stored for pickup for up to 5 business days.

Legal Restrictions

We comply with all state and local laws regarding alcohol shipping. Some states prohibit delivery to hotels, motels, or licensed on-premise locations. We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or states where local laws prevent us from doing so.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Please note that tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate.

Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your wine arrives damaged or not to your expectations, contact us and we’ll make it right. If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, we may ask that unused bottles be returned. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and a $20 reshipment charge if applicable.
