Returns & Cancellations
At Lloyd Cellars, we are committed to delivering wines that meet our highest standards – and your satisfaction. Because wine is a regulated product, our ability to accept returns or cancellations is limited. Please review the following policies carefully.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- Damaged in transit
- Flawed or corked wine (must be reported within 30 days of delivery)
- Incorrect items shipped (wrong wine, vintage, or quantity)
If your order meets any of the above criteria, please email info@lloydcellars.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available. We will respond promptly and work to resolve the matter.
Please note: We cannot accept returns due to personal taste preferences or orders placed in error once they have been shipped.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@lloydcellars.com or call our customer service line. Orders can only be canceled prior to fulfillment. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or reroute it.
Wine Club Cancellations
Wine club memberships may be canceled at any time; however, cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled club release to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

Weather & Heat Holds
We may delay shipments during periods of extreme heat or cold to ensure wine quality. If your order is placed during these conditions, we’ll notify you and ship as soon as it’s safe to do so.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify all shipping information before placing your order. Lloyd Cellars is not responsible for delivery delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
