Clarksburg
Chardonnay
Our Prescription Chardonnay comes from Reamer Farms in the Clarksburg AVA, a region shaped by the Sacramento River Delta. Like Carneros, Clarksburg benefits from warm, sunny days and cool, breezy evenings that slow ripening and preserve vibrant acidity.
Rob has partnered with grower James Reamer to source pristine Chardonnay fruit from this region – drawn to both the climate and James’ commitment to precision farming. Together, they work to craft a Chardonnay that’s citrus-forward and clean, with just enough oak to round out the texture. Bright, structured, and endlessly drinkable, it’s a wine that proves Clarksburg deserves your attention.
Alexander Valley
Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Prescription Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the renowned Alexander Valley in Sonoma County – a region synonymous with world-class Cabernet. Warm inland days build depth and structure, while coastal morning fog from the nearby Russian River Valley preserves freshness and balance.
This is California Cabernet at its best: ripe blackberry and cassis, a touch of spice, and a smooth, satisfying finish. Robust enough for a ribeye, relaxed enough for takeout. Just how Rob likes it.
