California Wine Festival Ticket Giveaway. July 2026.

1. Sponsor. This promotion is sponsored by Lloyd Cellars, Inc., Napa, CA (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability in connection with this promotion.
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the State of California who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period. The promotion begins upon publication of the giveaway post on the @prescriptionvineyards Instagram account and ends Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 9:00am Pacific Time. Entries received after the close of the entry period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter. During the entry period: (1) follow @prescriptionvineyards on Instagram; (2) comment on the giveaway post tagging one friend; the tagged friend must also follow @prescriptionvineyards. One tag per comment. Multiple comments are permitted and each eligible comment constitutes one entry. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter.
5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive: two (2) VIP tickets to the California Wine Festival, Santa Barbara, CA, taking place Saturday, July 18, 2026, and one (1) High Camp flask. Approximate retail value: $455. Prize is not transferable and no cash alternative or substitution is available, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for transportation to and from the event and any expenses not expressly included in the prize. Alcohol is not included in the prize. Any alcohol service at the event is subject to the event operator’s policies and applicable law.
6. Winner Selection and Notification. Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the close of the entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by direct message from the verified @prescriptionvineyards account only. Sponsor will never request payment or financial information. The potential winner must respond and confirm eligibility within 24 hours of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn. Sponsor will verify that the winner and tagged friend meet the follow requirements at the time of selection; non-compliant entries will be disqualified. Winner will be confirmed publicly on the @prescriptionvineyards Instagram story.
7. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s Instagram handle and first name for promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without additional compensation.
8. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time, and to disqualify any entry or entrant that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, to be non-compliant with these rules, fraudulent, or generated by automated means. In the event of modification or cancellation, Sponsor may award the prize from eligible entries received prior to the action taken. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.
9. Release. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
