Ingredients
For the Fish:
1 lb white fish (mahi-mahi, cod, or halibut)
Juice of 2 limes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Slaw:
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp lime juice
Salt to taste
Preparation
- In a shallow dish, marinate fish with lime juice, oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- While the fish marinates, combine all slaw ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat.
- Grill fish on medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side, until opaque and flaky.
- Warm tortillas and assemble tacos with grilled fish and slaw. Serve immediately with a chilled glass of Prescription Chardonnay.
